Lunch & Learn: Built to Buy: The Blueprint for Scaling Businesses

Tuesday, June 24, 2025 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (CDT)

Description

Join us for an engaging Lunch and Learn session designed for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and strategic planners interested in leveraging acquisitions as a pathway to growth. With over $9 trillion in private business assets expected to change hands in the coming decade, this workshop will explore the unprecedented opportunities presented by the "Silver Tsunami" — the wave of retiring business owners seeking successors.

Participants will gain insights into:

  • The build-vs-buy growth strategy decision
  • Key market trends impacting acquisitions
  • Step-by-step guidance on evaluating, negotiating, and integrating a business purchase
  • Common terminology in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions)
  • Tools for quick company analysis and due diligence
  • How acquisitions can close wealth and opportunity gaps, particularly for underrepresented groups

Whether you're new to acquisitions or looking to refine your strategy, this session will equip you with the frameworks and foresight to grow with confidence.
